Hi, I am still going with sleep/technology....
I reduced the amount of devices my little 11 years old nephew use (video games, tv, computer, ipad). i gave him three slots. Morning 11-1pm afternoon 4-6pm night 8-10pm. In between these time he actually spends time with family, and he is also sleeping well and on time, it reflects on his behavior.
He used to see a lot of weird dreams, now he sleeps peacefully.
